I’m Keith

I've been something of a nomad.

New Mexico. Texas. Oklahoma. Russia. Canada.

North Carolina.

Somewhere along the way I collected stories, a few gray hairs, and a deep appreciation for how complicated — and beautiful — people can be.

For more than two decades I've stood beside individuals and families through grief, addiction, uncertainty, displacement, and the seasons that change everything.

What I learned is that most people don't need quick answers. They need someone willing to listen, understand, and stay present while they figure out what comes next.

After a lifetime of moving, I've learned that showing up fully — wherever you are, whatever you're facing — matters more than having the perfect words. That's what I bring to this work.

MY APPROACH

I'll be honest with you — even when it's hard to hear. And when you doubt yourself or stumble, I'll be right there.

Steady.

I believe in what perseverance can do. Change is real work, and you're capable of it — my job is to walk beside you while you prove it to yourself.

And I believe you are more than your problems. Sleep, exercise, food, and the rhythms of your day shape how you feel more than most of us realize. Mind and body aren't separate — so we'll tend to both.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I've spent more than two decades in crisis and cross-cultural work —

with refugees, addiction, disaster, loss.

It taught me:

people are stronger than they think.
